Hello, I’m

Meaghan Varty

MACP, Registered psychotherapist

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental, and empathetic space where my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I believe in the importance of building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust, collaboration, and mutual respect. I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual, drawing upon evidence-based practices to provide effective and personalized treatment.

My goal is to support my clients in developing coping strategies, enhancing self-awareness, and fostering positive change in their lives. I am passionate about empowering individuals to tap into their inner strengths and resources, helping them navigate life's challenges and create a more fulfilling and meaningful path forward. I have supported many people through experiences of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship-related issues.
